Over 20,000 downloads since launch, 2500 salons using it on a regular basis.
L’Oreal engaged us to design and build an entirely new salon app for its skincare brand (Cheryl’s) and manage its launch to market. We took a human-centred design approach, highlighting and addressing key pain points within the traditional salon framework to build a superior, tech-enabled customer experience fit for the digital age.
This experience needed to deliver real benefits to both, the consumer and the skin specialists, encompassing self-service tools allowing for enquiry, listing, marketing and then managing the sale of a Cheryl’s product.
We also built the online communications strategy for launch, establishing market presence and understanding of the business’ unique proposition.
